General Guidelines for Manual/ Semi-Automated/ Automated Parking Facilities. The Concessionaire shall incorporate the following guidelines while submitting drawings as mentioned under this Agreement: Entry and Exit Areas of the Parking Facility: Location, size and components Location All entries shall be located away from the traffic junctions and exit locations. The preferred location of the Entry and Exit Areas and of the driveways serving it is near the center of the Parking structure on the perimeters. The preferred elevation of the entry and exit areas is that of the connecting road systems. The entry and exit of vehicles shall be provided so that it does not hinder pedestrian movements.
