ENTRY AND EXIT. 1. Members of the force and members of the civilian component may enter and exit Afghanistan at agreed facilities and areas at locations listed in Annex A, at official points of embarkation and debarkation as listed in Annex B, and at other areas as mutually agreed, with identification cards issued by the United States, and either collective or individual movement orders. Passports and visas shall not be required. Such personnel shall be exempt from Afghan law and regulations on registration and control of foreign nationals.
2. United States contractors and United States contractor employees may enter and exit Afghanistan at the places of entry and exit described in paragraph 1 of this Article. Passports and visas shall be required in accordance with Afghan law. If a visa is required, and requested by a United States contractor or a United States contractor employee, it shall provide for multiple entries and exits and shall be valid for a period of not less than one year. The appropriate Afghan authorities may issue or decline to issue required visas expeditiously. In the event Afghanistan declines to issue such visa, the appropriate Afghan authorities shall notify the person concerned and United States forces authorities. For exceptional situations as may be agreed through the Joint Commission, Afghanistan shall seek to put in place and make available to United States contractor employees a process for the issuance of visas upon their arrival in Afghanistan.
3. The United States recognizes the sovereign right of Afghanistan to request the removal of any member of the force or member of the civilian component from Afghanistan. United States forces authorities shall take appropriate measures to remove expeditiously such persons from Afghanistan upon request by proper Afghan authorities.
4. The Parties agree to establish procedures to implement this Article. The Joint Commission shall periodically review and update procedures for appropriate Afghan authorities to process members of the force and of the civilian component who arrive at or depart from the places of entry and exit described in paragraph 1 of this Article, including coordination and inspection of documentation. Afghan authorities may develop lists of members of the force and of the civilian component entering and exiting Afghan territory at the agreed facilities and areas, as necessary.
ENTRY AND EXIT. Sweden shall not require countersignature of movement orders under Article III, Paragraph 2(b), of the NATO SOFA.
ENTRY AND EXIT. 1. All participants and persons performing functions in connection with a Meeting shall have the right of unimpeded entry into and exit from the Portuguese Republic according to the procedures established by national and European Union regulations.
2. The Portuguese Republic shall make all efforts to issue visas, where required, as speedily as possible and with sufficient time in advance of the Meeting.
3. The Portuguese Republic agrees that the United Nations shall bear no costs for visas where required.

The Joint Committee shall assume the task of setting up a mechanism and a process of verification to be carried out by pertinent Iraqi authorities.
2. Iraqi authorities shall have the right to inspect and verify the lists of names of members of the United States Forces and of the civilian component entering and leaving Iraq directly through the agreed facilities and areas. Said lists shall be submitted to Iraqi authorities by the United States Forces. For purposes of this Agreement, members of the United States Forces and of the civilian component may enter and leave Iraq through agreed facilities and areas requiring only identification cards issued for them by the United States. The Joint Committee shall assume the task of setting up a mechanism and a process for inspecting and verifying the validity of these documents.

ENTRY AND EXIT. LESSOR shall allow LESSEE, its agents, representative and employees assigned in the Leased Premises, entry into LESSOR’s compound for the sole purpose of access to the Leased Premises, including the common areas, twenty-four (24) hours a day including Sundays and Holidays. It shall be the LESSEE’s responsibility to ensure that adequate security measures are implemented to strictly adhere to this provision. LESSEE is required to inform LESSOR of measure/s it shall undertake to implement this provision.
ENTRY AND EXIT. (1) The Contracting Parties shall allow nationals of the other Contracting Parties and members of their family within the meaning of Article 3 of this Annex and posted persons within the meaning of Article 17 of this Annex to enter their territory simply upon production of a valid identity card or passport. No entry visa or equivalent requirement may be demanded save in respect of members of the family and posted workers within the meaning of Article 17 of this Annex who do not have the nationality of a Contracting Party. The Contracting Party concerned shall grant these persons every facility for obtaining any necessary visas.
(2) The Contracting Parties shall grant nationals of the Contracting Parties, and members of their family within the meaning of Article 3 of this Annex and posted workers within the meaning of Article 17 of this Annex, the right to leave their territory simply upon production of a valid identity card or passport. The Contracting Parties may not demand any exit visa or equivalent requirement from nationals of the other Contracting Parties. The Contracting Parties, acting in accordance with their laws, shall issue to such nationals, or renew, an identity card or passport, which shall state in particular the holder's nationality. The passport must be valid at least for all the Contracting Parties and for the countries through which the holder must pass when travelling between them. Where the passport is the only document on which the holder may lawfully leave the country, its period of validity may not be less than five years.
ENTRY AND EXIT. 6.1 For your safety and the safety of other guests, once you have entered the Venue for the Event, there will be no re-entry allowed. In addition to the Venue’s own search policy, we reserve the right to search all guests and guest’s property and refuse admission to, or eject from the Venue, any person who refuses to be searched. Refusal to consent to such searches will result in the non-consenting Ticket holders being denied entry (resulting in the Ticket not being valid for entry, and, if already entered, ejection from the Event) without refund.
6.2 There will be no admission to the Event before the designated opening times or after the last entry time. You should check opening times and last entry times when purchasing tickets or contact us if you are not sure. There will be no refunds for denied entry before opening times or last entry times.
6.3 In addition to the Venue’s own admissions policy, we reserve the right to refuse you entry to and/or eject you from an Event. In particular but without limitation you may be refused admission to or removed from the Event for any of the following reasons: for health and safety or licensing reasons; if you behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event; if you use threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms; if, in our reasonable opinion, you are acting under the undue influence of alcohol or drugs; if you fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age; if you refuse to comply with the security searches; if you breach these Terms; if you breach the Venue’s terms; and/or if your Ticket is void.
6.4 No refunds will be offered to guests who are refused entry or ejected from the Event at our discretion.
6.5 If you are refused entry to the Event, or have been previously ejected, you may not purchase another Ticket or otherwise gain entry to that Event.
6.6 Failure to produce the appropriate receipt/Ticket or pass, when so requested, may result in ejection from the Event, without later claim or compensation.
6.7 There are no pass-outs and no re-admission after first entry to the Event for any Ticket holders.

ENTRY AND EXIT. Renter agrees that Big Brothers Big Sisters staff may enter and exit the premises during the course of the event. A representative of the Big Brothers Big Sisters team will be available during your entire event and may check periodically with the responsible parties to ensure everything is operating correctly. They will also be checking the restrooms, the overall premises, replenishing paper towels, toilet paper, and will be available for questions or to respond to needs or issues that may arise. Big Brothers Big Sisters take no responsibility for personal effects and possessions left on the premises during or after any event. We do, however, maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items up to 5 business days. It is the sole responsibility of the renter to retrieve the items from the mentoring center.
ENTRY AND EXIT. (1) Solomon Islands authorities shall facilitate the entry into, and departure from, the Area of Operations of a Visiting Contingent.
(2) Members of a Visiting Contingent shall be exempt from any Solomon Islands Laws governing visas, immigration inspection and restrictions on entering into, or departing from, the Area of Operations.
(3) Members of an Assisting Defence Force may enter into, and exit from, the Area of Operations on presentation of military identification issued by the Assisting Defence Force.
(4) Solomon Islands shall grant all members of a Visiting Contingent exemption from any departure tax.
(5) Members of a Visiting Contingent shall be exempt from any Solomon Islands Laws governing the residence of aliens in the Area of Operations, including registration, but shall not be considered as acquiring any right to permanent residence or domicile in the Area of Operations.
