Common use of General Health Leave Clause in Contracts

General Health Leave. 13.06.1 An employee may be granted a general health leave, without pay, for up to a period of one (1) year. A medical certificate shall be requested by the Employee Health Resource Centre in support of an application for, or return from, a leave of this nature.
