General Invoices. Invoices shall be delivered to the County in a form and with supporting documentation as approved, in writing, by the Awarding Official Contact noted in Article 2, Paragraph B (“The Parties”), or as later re-designated pursuant to Paragraph C of that same Article. Unless otherwise stated in the Scope of Services, which hereby overwrites the frequency and due date of invoices noted in this provision if there is a conflict between the two, invoices are due as followed:
