Common use of General Maintenance Clause in Contracts

General Maintenance. 31. Until final acceptance and assumption of the Phase II Works by a by-law of the Municipality, as contemplated by section 58, the Subdivider shall maintain or cause to be maintained all of the Phase II Land in a neat and tidy manner and shall carry out or cause to be carried out all weed cutting and maintenance of all of the Phase II Land and shall maintain or cause to be maintained all roads and pedestrian walks within the Phase II Land free from mud, debris, building materials and all other obstructions or waste in accordance with the Municipality’s current property standards by-laws and shall undertake or cause to be undertaken winter maintenance of roads within the Phase II Land to the standards required of the Municipality under the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000, as well as all other applicable law. Until final acceptance and assumption of the Phase II III Works by a by-law of the Municipality, as contemplated by section 58paragraph 51, the Subdivider shall maintain or cause to be maintained all of the Phase II III Land in a neat and tidy manner and shall carry out or cause to be carried out all weed cutting and maintenance of all of the Phase II III Land and shall maintain or cause to be maintained all roads and pedestrian walks within the Phase II III Land free from mud, debris, building materials and all other obstructions or waste in accordance with the Municipality’s current property standards by-laws and shall undertake or cause to be undertaken winter maintenance of roads within the Phase II III Land to the standards required of the Municipality under the Xxxxxxxxx XxxMunicipal Act, 00002001, as well as all other applicable law. Until final acceptance and assumption of the Phase II 2 Works by a by-law of the MunicipalityTownship, as contemplated by section 58paragraph 49-50, the Subdivider shall maintain or cause to be maintained all of the Phase II 2 Land in a neat and tidy manner and shall carry out or cause to be carried out all weed cutting and maintenance of all of the Phase II 2 Land and shall maintain or cause to be maintained all roads and pedestrian walks within the Phase II 2 Land free from mud, debris, building materials and all other obstructions or waste in accordance with the MunicipalityTownship’s current property standards by-laws and shall undertake or cause to be undertaken winter maintenance of roads within the Phase II 2 Land to the standards required of the Municipality Township under the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000, as amended or replaced, as well as all other applicable law.
