Promotional Material In the event that the Fund or the Investment Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Investment Adviser will install and maintain or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.
Sales Material To the knowledge of the Company, all materials provided by the Company or any of its affiliates to the Dealer, including materials provided to the Dealer in connection with its due diligence investigation relating to the Offering, were materially accurate as of the date provided.
Marketing Materials (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to furnish the Manager at its principal office for prior review and approval by the Manager all written and/or printed materials, including but not limited to, PowerPointÒ or slide presentations, news releases, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets and other promotional, informational or marketing materials (the “Marketing Materials”) for internal use or public dissemination, that are produced or are for use or reference by the Sub-Adviser, its affiliates or other designees, broker-dealers or the public in connection with the Series, and Sub-Adviser shall not use any such materials if the Manager reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Manager by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.
SALES MATERIALS 4.1 LIFE COMPANY will furnish, or will cause to be furnished, to TRUST and ADVISER, each piece of sales literature or other promotional material in which TRUST or ADVISER is named, at least ten (10) Business Days prior to its intended use. No such material will be used if TRUST or ADVISER objects to its use in writing within seven (7) Business Days after receipt of such material.

Confidential Material The Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, either during the Term or thereafter, disclose to anyone (except in the regular course of the Company's business or as required by law), or use in any manner, any information acquired by the Employee during his employment by the Company with respect to any clients or customers of the Company or any confidential, proprietary or secret aspect of the Company's operations or affairs unless such information has become public knowledge other than by reason of actions, direct or indirect, of the Employee. Sales Material, Information and Trademarks 6.1 For purposes of this Section 6, "Sales literature or other Promotional material" includes, but is not limited to, portions of the following that use any logo or other trademark related to the Trust, or Underwriter or its affiliates, or refer to the Trust: advertisements (such as material published or designed for use in a newspaper, magazine or other periodical, radio, television, telephone or tape recording, videotape display, signs or billboards, motion pictures, electronic communication or other public media), sales literature (i.e., any written communication distributed or made generally available to customers or the public, including brochures, circulars, research reports, market letters, form letters, seminar texts, reprints or excerpts or any other advertisement, sales literature or published article or electronic communication), educational or training materials or other communications distributed or made generally available to some or all agents or employees in any media, and disclosure documents, shareholder reports and proxy materials.
MARKETING MATERIALS AND REPRESENTATIONS (a) The Participant represents and warrants that it will not make any representations concerning a Fund, Creation Units or Shares, other than those consistent with the Prospectus or any Marketing Materials (as defined below) furnished to the Participant by the Distributor.
Technical Information Methods, processes, formulae, compositions, systems, techniques, inventions, machines, computer programs and research projects, unpatented inventions, designs, know-how, trade secrets, technical information and data, specifications, blueprints, transparencies, test data, and additions, modifications, and improvements thereon which are revealed to Employee.
Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
