Common use of General Measures Clause in Contracts

General Measures. The SUPPLIER shall adopt the appropriate measures at all times in order to ensure the necessary safety conditions for its employees and third parties. Prior to the beginning of the visits, the SUPPLIER must receive a communication or induction talk in which the risks of the facilities and the measures to be taken shall be indicated. At all times, the SUPPLIER must observe the instructions received. During the visits, the SUPPLIER'S personnel and its subcontractors must observe all the indications included in the preventive signalling.
