General Membership Responsibilities. Party B is authorized to participate and vote in all PJM committees, working groups, and other stakeholder bodies on Party A’s behalf. _____ _____ Party B is authorized to participate on Party A’s behalf in the regional transmission expansion planning process. _____ _____ Party B is authorized to provide information or otherwise cooperate on Party A’s behalf in connection with any investigation or request for information by PJM or the PJM Market Monitoring Unit in accordance with the Operating Agreement and Attachment M to the Tariff.
