General Provisions as to Grievances. a. Failure by the administration to communicate a decision on a grievance at any step short of arbitration within the stated time limits, including any extensions thereof, shall be deemed agreement to grant the remedy sought. Failure by the Association to proceed to the next step within the stated time limits, including any extension thereof, shall be deemed an acceptance of the decision rendered at that step.
