General Quote Preparation Instructions. Quoters shall examine and follow all instructions. Failure to do so may result in the quote being determined to be unacceptable, not evaluated further and removed from consideration for award. Quote shall conform to solicitation provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to OfferorsCommercial Items and be prepared in accordance with this section. Quoters are reminded that all material submitted should be directly pertinent to the requirements of this RFQ. Extraneous narratives, elaborate brochures, uninformative “PR” material and so forth, shall not be submitted. All pages of each part shall be appropriately numbered, and identified with the name of the Quoter, the date, and the solicitation number to the extent practical. The quote shall be submitted no later than 20 September 2021, 12:00PM (Washington, DC local time) via email only to xxxxx.xxxxx@xxx.xxx and Xxxxxx.xxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. Quote received after this date/time will not be considered. The Custodian shall not be responsible or liable for any diminution of value of any Assets held by the Custodian or its subcustodians pursuant to Instructions. In following Instructions, the Custodian shall be fully protected and shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of any person or entity not selected or retained by the Custodian in its sole discretion, including but not limited to, any broker-dealer or other entity designated by the Fund or Authorized Person to hold Assets of the account as collateral or otherwise pursuant to an investment strategy.

  • Action upon Instruction (a) Subject to Article IV and in accordance with the terms of the Basic Documents, the Certificateholders may by written instruction direct the Owner Trustee in the management of the Trust. Such direction may be exercised at any time by written instruction of the Certificateholders pursuant to Article IV.

  • Your Instructions You must accurately describe transaction beneficiaries, intermediary financial institutions, and the beneficiary’s financial institution in transfer and payment instructions.
