Price Quote. All prices quoted to Customers shall include the administrative fee. DIR reserves the right to change this fee upwards or downwards during the term of this Contract, upon written notice to Vendor without further requirement for a formal contract amendment. Any change in the administrative fee shall be incorporated by Vendor in the price to the Customer.

Price Quote. GTE shall provide Pathnet with a price quote for collocation services required to accommodate Pathnet’s request within thirty (30) days of Pathnet’s application date. GTE reserves the right to change the price quote at any time prior to acceptance by Pathnet. If the quote is not accepted by Pathnet within such ninety (90) day period, Pathnet will be required to submit a new application form and engineering fee and a new quote will be provided based on the new application form.
Price Quote. GTE shall provide US Dial Tone with a price quote for collocation services required to accommodate US Dial Tone’s request within thirty (30) days of US Dial Tone’s application date. GTE reserves the right to change the price quote at any time prior to acceptance by US Dial Tone. If the quote is not accepted by US Dial Tone within such ninety (90) day period, US Dial Tone will be required to submit a new application form and engineering fee and a new quote will be provided based on the new application form.
Price Quote. (PQ) functionality allows tickets to be issued directly from the pricing information stored in the Price Quote Record in the PNR. PQ ensures tickets are issued at fare quoted until expiration of the Price Quote Record, which is controlled by the airline.
Price Quote. 8.1. The price quoted by AJWT for each Sale is subject to prior sales history and for Services is based on the price of materials, labour and other prime costs of AJWT, including the rate of exchange if applicable, and shall remain valid for acceptance by Customer for seven (7) days from date of quotation. If Customer has not accepted the quoted price within seven (7) days, AJWT reserves the right to revise the price quoted. All prices quoted shall be exclusive of any sales tax payable.
8.2. Any fixed price as stated on an Order explicitly excludes the replacement and Repair of; major housings and/or casings, FOD, CID, damage due to accident, incident (including, but not limited to, lightning strikes), misuse, mishandling, non-compliant repair or Modifications and/or missing parts which will be chargeable on a time and material basis.
8.3. If Customer decides not to proceed with the Service, Customer shall promptly notify AJWT in writing of its decision not to proceed and shall pay to AJWT all costs and labour charges incurred in connection with the inspection of the Unit, including, without limitation, preparation of inspection report(s). Loose assembly and packing of the Equipment for return shipment may also be subject to a minimum charge.
8.4. AJWT shall provide an estimated SPT in the quote to Customer.
Price Quote. GTE shall provide Gulf Coast with a price quote for collocation services required to accommodate Gulf Coast’s request within thirty (30) calendar days of Gulf Coast’s application date, provided that no ICB rates are required in the quote. GTE reserves the right to change the price quote at any time prior to acceptance by Gulf Coast. If the quote is not accepted by Gulf Coast within such ninety (90) day period, Gulf Coast will be required to submit a new application form and engineering fee and a new quote will be provided based on the new application form.
Price Quote. GTE shall provide NEWSOUTH with a price quote for collocation services required to accommodate NEWSOUTH’s request within thirty (30) days of NEWSOUTH’s application date, provided that no ICB rates are required in the quote. The quote will be honored for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance, provided however, that GTE reserves the right to change the price quote at any time prior to acceptance by NEWSOUTH. If the quote is not accepted by NEWSOUTH within such ninety (90) day period, NEWSOUTH will be required to submit a new application form and engineering fee and a new quote will be provided based on the new application form.
Price Quote. GTE shall provide @Link with a price quote for collocation services required to accommodate @Link’s request within thirty (30) days of @Link’s application date. GTE reserves the right to change the price quote at any time prior to acceptance by @Link. If the quote is not accepted by @Link within such ninety (90) day period, @Link will be required to submit a new application form and engineering fee and a new quote will be provided based on the new application form.
