The invoice will document the number of new Active TB cases and/or B-waiver follow ups for which the LPHA provided services in the previous quarter. Pending approval of the invoice, OHA- PHD will remit FFS payment to LPHA. Funds under this program element will not be paid in advance or on a 1/12th schedule.
