General safeguard actions. The Lessee shall, to the satisfaction of the Lessor (acting reasonably), do all things necessary under the laws of any relevant jurisdiction to protect and safeguard the Lessor’s right, title and interest in the Leased Asset, including the obtaining of all necessary Authorisations and, if required by the Lessor, the filing of this Agreement, the Forward Lease or any other applicable documents with any competent authority.
