Business Associate shall use appropriate Administrative, Physical, and Technical Safeguards, which include but are not limited to documented privacy and security measures, effectively training personnel, implementing controls to authenticate PHI access and use, limiting access to a Minimum Necessary standard, and preventing Use or Disclosure of the Protected Health Information in any manner other than as provided for by this BAA or as Required by Law.
