Common use of General Safety Requirements Clause in Contracts

General Safety Requirements. You agree to exercise due care for your own safety and the safety of other residents, including in the use of smoke detectors, door locks, window latches, and other security devices and in the event of severe weather. Apartment/room doors and first floor and basement windows must be locked securely when you are absent from the premises. You agree not to facilitate a person’s access to the building if that person is not a known guest of the resident (see guest policy for further details).
