Pre-Construction Meetings. 3.2.1 Construction Manager and the Design Professional shall jointly schedule and attend regular meetings with the Owner to review and evaluate the Design. The Construction Manager shall, in consultation with the Design Professional, prepare a meeting schedule within five (5) days after execution of this Agreement, or issuance of a notice to proceed, whichever occurs first, and the first meeting shall be held not later than fourteen (14) days after execution of this Agreement, or issuance of a notice to proceed, whichever occurs first.
3.2.1.1 Unless directed otherwise by the Owner, the Construction Manager shall provide the following items at the first meeting:
3.2.1.2 An outline of the goals and objectives of the entire Work and the working relationship and responsibilities of the Owner, the Design Professional, and the Construction Manager, using this Agreement as a basis;
3.2.1.3 A preliminary outline, with samples, of its Administrative Management Plans and Reports as required in Section 3.3;
3.2.1.4 A preliminary evaluation of the Fixed Limit of Construction Cost and the program requirements provided by the Owner, each in terms of the other;
3.2.1.5 In cooperation with the Owner and the Design Professional, a determination of which Design phase team meetings warrant the Construction Manager’s presence. Once agreed by the parties, it shall attend and participate in all such meetings;
3.2.1.6 A preliminary site logistics and utilization plan for review by the Owner. This plan shall subsequently be refined by the Construction Manager with input from the Owner and Design Professional and approved by the Owner prior to its implementation; and
3.2.1.7 A preliminary Project Schedule in accordance with Section 3.7.1, using actual current project data that will fully demonstrate the Construction Manager’s intended scheduling program, online access and reports.
Pre-Construction Meetings. There are normally two pre-construction meetings for a project. Office Meeting Field Right-of-Way Meeting with City or County inspector The Pre-Construction meeting must be held at least 48 hours prior to the start of construction. All contractors and sub-contractors that will be working on the water and/or sewer facilities must be present. CONSTRUCTION PHASE The Construction Phase covers all construction, inspection and testing of the new water and/or sewer facilities. At the conclusion of the Construction Phase the facilities should be ready for service.

Pre-Construction Meetings. The Design-Build Firm, including the DPOR, shall schedule and participate in pre-construction meetings as necessary to provide advice and consultation to the Program Manager and Owner regarding: site usage; earthwork; methods of delivery of materials, systems and equipment; construction sequencing; confining the Work to the construction limit boundaries of the sites; availability of materials, equipment, utilities and labor; time requirements for delivery, installation and construction; safety precautions and programs; temporary facilities; equipment, materials and services for common use by the Design-Build Firm, Design-Build Firm Parties and any Separate Contractors; cost savings opportunities such as costs of alternative materials or designs; and any other matters pertaining to the performance of the Work. All such information shall be provided in a timely manner to allow sufficient time for review and discussion while taking into account the overall Project Schedule.
Pre-Construction Meetings. The WDFW HB must have the opportunity to attend all appropriate preconstruction meetings between the contractor and WSDOT to discuss the provisions of the HPA. The purpose of these meetings is to review the requirements and expectations related to all aspects of the construction project, including environmental elements, with the contractor prior to beginning work.
Pre-Construction Meetings. WisDOT and Carrier along with its contractors and consultants, Wisconsin State Patrol, Name County Sheriff’s Department, and DNR representatives shall meet at least two weeks prior to the start of construction in each district to discuss the entire project and its corresponding timetable. The project manager, and/or National Grid Construction supervisor, or other designated User’s Representative shall hold a pre-construction (project kickoff) meeting prior to the start of a high risk-ranked project/service. Other attendees may include; the Safety department, environmental as well as contractor management as needed.
2. The contractor’s Project Health & Safety Plan will be discussed at this meeting including a final review of the safety hazards checklist to insure a proper hazard mitigation plan. 3. These hazard mitigation measures shall be reviewed and work shall not commence until these hazards have been adequately addressed. The Owners Representative, or other user representative, will discuss with the contractor the methods by which compliance will be achieved with National Grid safety requirements.
4. An Emergency Call List should be exchanged with the contractor. This list must contain 24-hour contact information for key contractor and project personnel, including Owners Representative and Safety Specialists. This list should be distributed to all concerned, as determined by the project team, prior to the start of work.
5. For routine maintenance services, a review of associated safety issues and specific facility issues, restrictions or practices, such as evacuation procedures, must be discussed with the contractor upon initial hiring. Any changes in the facility that may affect the safety of contractor or National Grid employees or third parties must be communicated immediately.

8.4.2. The Contractors Project EHASP will be discussed at this meeting, including a final review of the safety and environmental hazards to ensure a proper mitigation plan. The hazard mitigation measures in the EHASP shall be reviewed, and work shall not commence, until these hazards have been adequately mitigated. The Owners Representative, or delegate, will discuss with the Contractor the methods by which compliance with Company requirements will be achieved.
