General Service Requirements. The following general service requirements apply to each RFP and are in addition to any component or service-specific requirements presented in the individual RFP. • All prices must clearly delineate all costs. • All prices must be line itemized, where applicable. • Time and materials costs must be listed clearly, by like item, where applicable. • An agreed-upon dispute resolution mechanism must be defined. • There is no guarantee of any minimum amount of services that may be requested during the term of the contract.
