General Subcontracting Requirements. 11.1.1 Other than Work performed pursuant to Articles 11.4 or 11.5 of this Contract, Contractor shall subcontract the Work to Subcontractors other than Contractor and its Affiliates. If Contractor elects to bid on any Work, Contractor shall inform Owner of its intention to do so prior to the bid date for that Work.
