General Supervision and Monitoring. Timely provision of early intervention services is a state performance indicator reported to the U.S. Department of Education each year in the Annual Performance Report (APR). Should the EIS provider fail to meet the state definition of timely service delivery, the IDEA/Part C State Office will require the EIS provider to submit all documentation necessary to demonstrate sustained correction of any finding(s) of non-compliance. All correction must occur within one year of identification of the finding, per the IDEA/Part C general supervision and monitoring procedures in effect at the time the finding is issued.
