GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PAY PROCEDURES. Section A. Uniforms. Any uniform deemed necessary by the employer for its employees shall be furnished at the expense of the employer. Such uniforms shall be laundered by the employee and shall be returned to the employer upon termination of employment, if so requested. However, employees may at their own expense be required to wear footwear which does not constitute a health or safety hazard.
