Geo-Filtering. Licensee shall use address and/or credit card verification systems (which systems may include, without limitation, geo-filtering and/or time-zone filtering technology, reverse IP address look-up, etc.) intended to verify that Authorized Users accessing the ASCAP Repertory through the Licensed Service are in fact located within, and/or have a billing address in, the Territory.

Geo-Filtering. 5.1. The Content Protection System shall take affirmative, reasonable measures to restrict access to Licensed Films to within the Territory.
Geo-Filtering. ADSI shall employ an Authorized Geo-Filtering Technique in connection with its distribution of Subscription Titles via the Subscription Service. Content Provider agrees that ADSI shall be deemed to be exercising the rights granted herein solely within the Territory as long as ADSI implements an Authorized Geo-Filtering Technique in connection with its distribution of Subscription Titles via the Subscription Service.‌
Geo-Filtering. Audible will use geographic filtering technology or other territory-to- customer matching system designed to limit the distribution of the Audiobook to the Territory (“Geographic Filtering System”). You acknowledge that any such Geographic Filtering System will not be able to fully prevent the delivery of the Audiobook outside the Territory and agree that Audible will be deemed to have delivered the Audiobook within the Territory as long as Audible has used the Geographic Filtering System in connection with such distribution.
Geo-Filtering. We will use a territory-to-customer matching system designed to limit the distribution of eBooks to Customers in the applicable Territory (“Geographic Filtering System”). You acknowledge that any Geographic Filtering System we use will not be able to fully prevent the delivery of eBooks to Customers outside the applicable Territory and agree that our use of a Geographic Filtering System in distributing an eBook constitutes delivery to a Customer in the applicable Territory.
