Nothing in this paragraph shall be deemed to limit LICENSEE’s right to transmit renditions of musical compositions in the ASCAP repertory to those who attend Events or Functions on the Premises by means of teleconferencing, videoconferencing or similar technology.
ASCAP agrees at the request of Licensee to cooperate with and assist Licensee in the defense of any action or proceeding brought against it with respect to the performance of any musical compositions contained in the ASCAP repertory, but not copyrighted or written by members of ASCAP.

LICENSEE agrees to include in its agreement with each of its Customers, and any extensions or renewals thereof, a notice that this license authorizes only performances of copyrighted musical compositions in the ASCAP repertory by means of LICENSEE's Video Service and any other performances may require permission from Society or the copyright owners directly.
