Other Territory definition

Other Territory means area which is beyond the jurisdiction and location of the relevant court, body of inquest, preliminary investigation and the prosecution or beyond the area of residence of the person participating in the criminal proceedings;
Other Territory means countries outside North America and Europe.

Examples of Other Territory in a sentence

  • For countries within the Other Territory, the party having exclusive marketing rights in any such country shall also have rights to manufacture Collaboration Products for sale in such country, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
