Geological Reports Clause Samples

The Geological Reports clause requires one party, typically the seller or operator, to provide detailed reports on the geological characteristics of a property or site. These reports may include information on soil composition, mineral deposits, or other subsurface conditions relevant to the transaction or project. By mandating the disclosure of such data, the clause ensures that the other party can make informed decisions regarding development, investment, or risk assessment, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes over site conditions.
Geological Reports. Except if the Seller is a reporting issuer and such materials are filed on SEDAR promptly after they become available, the Seller shall promptly deliver to the Buyer a copy any technical reports prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43- 101 or initial or updated mineral reserve and mineral resource estimates produced that pertain to the Properties.
Geological Reports. Except if the Payor or an Affiliate of the Payor is a reporting issuer and such materials are filed on SEDAR promptly after they become available, the Payor shall promptly deliver to the Payee a copy of any technical reports prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 or updated mineral reserve and mineral resource estimates produced that pertain to the Property.
Geological Reports. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will write geological reports regarding the properties he explores on behalf of Uranium Energy Corp.
Geological Reports. 4.1 Upon payment of the Purchase Price and the issuance of the Shares in accordance with Section 2.1, the Seller will deliver to the Purchaser the Geological Reports.

  • Technical Reports All technical reports are to be prepared jointly by the Recipient/Institution conducting Work and all collaborating institutions or as deemed acceptable by the Centre’s contact.

  • Final Reports Within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Required Documents, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its findings to the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall provide the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee with the following reports as a result of the Asset Representations Review (collectively, the “Final Reports”):

  • Additional Reports Upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request, CONTRACTOR shall make such additional reports as required by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they affect the services hereunder. ADMINISTRATOR shall be specific as to the nature of information requested and allow up to thirty (30) calendar days for CONTRACTOR to respond.
