(b) The Borrower shall deliver to FFB, with a copy to the Secretary, written notification of each rescission of a Prepayment Election (each such notification being an "Election Rescission Notice") specifying the particular Advance for which the Borrower wishes to rescind such Prepayment Election, which specification must make reference to the particular "Advance Identifier" (as that term is defined in the Note Purchase Agreement) that FFB assigned to such Advance (as provided in the Note Purchase Agreement).
