Giving directions to the Director. General 1 Wherever in the Lease an obligation is placed upon the Director-General, the Minister agrees to issue appropriate directions to the Director-General to ensure the observance of the particular obligation. If this lease requires DEC to do something, the Minister will direct DEC to make sure that thing is done.
