If the decisions as announced by British Airways' officials, under the Grievance Procedure Article 7, are not appealed within the time limits prescribed herein, the decision of British Airways' officials shall become final and binding. If the Company fails to make a decision within the time prescribed, the grievance shall be conceded. Time limits may be extended by written mutual agreement.

i. Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation (JMRC) invites digitally submitted online bids from interested and eligible Ticket Vending Services Agencies for Providing Ticket Vending Services at all Metro stations and other designated places for Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.through e-procurement system.
ii. The complete bid document can be downloaded from the state e-procurement website xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx and interested bidders will have to submit their offer in electronic formats both for technical and financial proposal on this website through their digital signatures. The complete bid document can also be seen on Corporation‟s website xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx and state procurement portal i.e., xxx.xxxx.xxx.xxx.xx
iii. Bidders who wish to participate in this bidding process must register on xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx. To participate in online tenders, as per Information Technology Act, 2000, Bidders will have to obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from any agency approved by Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA). Bidders who already have a Valid Digital Signature Certificate need not to obtain a new Digital Signature Certificate. This DSC will be used to submit online bid by the bidder.
iv. Please note that a pre-bid meeting of prospective bidders is scheduled as per the details specified below. The objective of this meeting is to address the queries of the prospective bidders related to the Work/ Bidding document.
General 1. All documents and items delivered at Completion pursuant to this Schedule shall be held by in escrow by the party receiving the same until such time as Completion shall be deemed to have taken place.
General 1. Provisional Acceptance and Final Acceptance shall be determined in accordance with the applicable test programs described in the Specifications ("Acceptance Testing").
