Giving us the final details The Client must confirm in writing final timings, menus and any special dietary requirements not less than 14 days before the scheduled commencement of the event. Any doubt over the University’s ability to provide certain requirements, needs to be communicated at the time of booking. Should the Client not provide this information, the University will decide what it should supply and charge accordingly.
Giving us the final details To ensure a seamless event experience, we kindly request that you provide written confirmation of the final timings, any special dietary requirements, or specific information pertaining to your booking at least 3 working days prior to the event's scheduled start. Should you fail to do so, CBGC will make arrangements and assess charges at our own discretion.

You must give us final rooming lists and catering schedule not later than 14 days prior to arrival. As stated above if you cancel any accommodation, rooms, meals or other facilities after this time we will charge you at full rate.
