COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. BY PARTIES: The Parties are entering into this Agreement for the allotment of the Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project.

COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. BY ALLOTTEE The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment/ at his/ her own cost.

That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said [Apartment/Plot], all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the [Apartment/Plot]/ at his/ her own cost.

COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. The Parties hereto shall abide all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project.

BY PARTIES: The Parties are entering into this Agreement for the sale of the Allotted Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to this project in particular.The Allottee hereby undertakes that he shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisition s, demands and repairs which are required by any Competent Authority in respect of the Apartment at his own cost.
