Global Strategies. To the extent permitted by law, the overall product positioning and marketing messages used by each Party will be consistent with the global strategic marketing plan approved by the JCC, and shall be included within the Joint Commercialization Plan. Each Party may modify such marketing messages only to the extent required to respond to country-specific needs. Such global strategic marketing plan will be designed to attempt to maximize the global revenues and profits from the sale of the Product. The Parties shall jointly create centrally-developed branding elements (e.g., trademark use, trade dress and color schemes) for use with regard to the Products.

  • Alliance Managers In addition to the foregoing governance provisions, each of the Parties shall appoint a single individual to serve as that Party’s alliance manager (“Alliance Manager”).
