Common use of GMP Clause in Contracts

GMP. The Guaranteed Maximum Price is composed of the Direct Construction Costs and the Construction Fee. The Construction Manager is at risk to cover any additional Project costs. To the extent the combined total of the Direct Construction Costs and the Construction Fee is less than the GMP, the difference shall be retained by the City.
