Good Faith Commitment. In order to explore the potential public and private benefits of this project, and to ensure that each Party’s efforts in furtherance of realizing such a project are well spent, the Parties hereby make a good faith commitment to pursue development of such a GWR, in compliance with all applicable laws.
Good Faith Commitment. In order to demonstrate good faith commitment to these goals, all bidders are required to complete and submit with their bids the attached MDE/WBE/Veteran-Owned Solicitation and Commitment Form (which details the efforts made by the bidder to obtain such participation). Failure to submit a properly completed form along with documentation of Good Faith Commitment may result in rejection of the bid. Participants are encouraged to contact the Equal Opportunity Review Commission at 000-000-0000 to assist further.
Good Faith Commitment. (a) The PCP shall work, acting in good faith, with the States in developing, contributing towards, and negotiating partnering service contracts for a future “Target Operating Model” (XXX) for primary care. As at the Commencement Date this is the “Partnership of Purpose” and is to deliver improved health service integration with all of the States’ health sector providers and/or to do so at reduced overall cost.
(b) The further obligations and objectives of Partnership of Purpose are set out at Schedule 6.
Good Faith Commitment. The parties agree to take any action necessary to perform in good faith all the obligations contained in this Agreement.
