Common use of Goods and Works Clause in Contracts

Goods and Works. All goods and works required for the Project shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the Procurement Guidelines, the provisions of this Schedule (including, inter alia, Section I of Annex A to this Schedule) and the Approved Bidding Documents.

Goods and Works.
