Goods - Cancellations. 7.1. The Purchaser agrees that: (a) except as expressly specified otherwise in the Contract, it is not entitled to cancel, terminate, change, or postpone a Contract without the prior written authorisation and agreement of Sandvik; and (b) it shall indemnify Sandvik for any loss, cost, or damage which arises as a consequence of a breach of this Clause 7.1 (less of any cancellation fee agreed in the Quote).
