Governing Law and Place of Jurisdiction. 10.1 This Agreement, the Order and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in relation to this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Austria, without reference to or application of any conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
