Purchases from AvePoint. AvePoint shall send, and Customer agrees to receive, electronic in- voices in a common format (such as a PDF file). Except as expressly set forth otherwise in this Agree- ment, all fees are non-refundable. Any late payments shall bear interest from the due date at the rate of 1.5% per month of the amount due or the highest rate of interest permitted by law, whichever is less.
