Governing Laws and Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by, and be construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in the Province of Ontario.

Governing Laws The laws of British Columbia (the “Principal Regulator”) and the applicable laws of Canada will govern this Agreement.
