GOVERNINGLAW. That the rights and obligations of the parties under or arising out of this Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India for the time being in force.

GOVERNINGLAW. 16.1.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Electricity Act 2003 and other applicable Laws ofIndia. Any legal proceedings in respect of any matters, claims or disputes under thisAgreement shallbeunderthe jurisdictionof Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission.
