Government Access Channel. An Access Channel available for the use of the Township for governmental purposes.
Government Access Channel. An Access Channel made available by the Licensee for use of the Issuing Authority and/or its PEG Access Designee to present non- commercial governmental programming.
Government Access Channel. An Access Channel available for the use solely of the LFA and other local governmental entities located in the Franchise Area.
Government Access Channel. An Access Channel available for the use by the City and other governmental entities as may be authorized by the City.
Government Access Channel. An Access Channel required by this Agreement to be designated by the Franchisee for noncommercial use of the LFA.
Government Access Channel. A specific channel(s) on the Cable System made available by MediaOne to the Issuing Authority for use by, among others, those Persons wishing to present non-commercial governmental programming and/or information to the public.
