INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. 13.1 For the purpose of complying with any requirement under this Deed to make any document or information available to the public, it shall be sufficient for the Trustees to make such document or information available for inspection at any office of the Trust or any office of the Company or at any other place in the District during normal business hours on any business day.
13.2 The Trustees shall give not less than 3 days' notice of the place at which and the times when such documents or information may be inspected by the public in a principal newspaper or newspapers circulating in the District.
INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. Provide the public with information on the Child and Spousal Support Program and provide customer service related to any new centralized Child Support services.
INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. No releases or information regarding negotiations shall be made to the news media, except releases jointly agreed upon between the Parties. Nothing herein shall be construed as an alternate to the dispute resolution procedure contained in the Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4117.
INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. 1. Member States shall ensure that adequate, up-to-date information on water intended for human consumption is available in accordance with Annex IV, while complying with applicable data protection rules.
2. Member States shall ensure that all persons supplied receive regularly and at least once a year, in the most appropriate and easily accessible form (for instance on their invoice or by digital means such as smart applications) without having to request it the following information:
INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. 5.1 Canada and the Northwest Territories agree to make the text of this agreement and its schedules available to the Canadian public.
5.2 The Northwest Territories agrees to make available to the public copies of the final report on results and actual expenditures as part of this agreement. Interested individuals may contact the Northwest Territories in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 17.2 of this agreement.
5.3 The Northwest Territories agrees to give recognition to Canada’s participation when conducting publicity for the measures for which financial assistance was provided by Canada. For the purpose of this agreement, publicity includes, without being limited to, speeches, news releases, public announcements, websites, social media and territorial department and agency reports. The Northwest Territories agrees to provide Canada with samples of these various types of publicity. This acknowledgement could include a mention of the Action Plan for Official Languages 2018-2023: Investing in Our Future, wherever appropriate.
5.4 The Northwest Territories and Canada agree to share, at the time of its publication, any public report on services in French that may be produced, to be used as complementary information.
5.5 Canada and the Northwest Territories agree that communications with and publications for the general public regarding this agreement will be issued in both official languages.
INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. 12.1. To the extent the Institutions are legally obligated to publish information on private co- financing of the Institution’s research, the Company/ies accept that the requested information is published in accordance with relevant legal provisions.
12.2. No Party shall use the name, logo, or trademark of the other Party, its employees or affiliates in any publicity, advertising, or news release without the prior written approval of the other Party, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. Being academic institutions the Parties may be subject to legislation regarding e.g. public record-keeping and access to documents. Furthermore, to the extent a Party is legally obligated to publish information on private co-financing of its research, the Parties accept that the requested information is published in accordance with relevant legal provisions. A Party shall not without the written permission of the other Party directly or indirectly refer to the other Party or staff hereof in connection with marketing activities or otherwise use the other Party’s name for commercial purposes.
INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. (1) The Contracting Parties shall ensure that their competent authorities are required to make available information concerning the state or the quality of riverine environment in the Danube Basin to any natural or legal person, with payment of reasonable charges, in reasonable request, without that person having to prove an interest, as soon as possible.
(2) The information referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, which is held by public authorities, may be given in written, visual, oral or data-based form.
(3) The provisions of this Article shall not affect the right of Contracting Parties, in accordance with their domestic legal systems and applicable international regulations, to provide for a request for such information to be refused where it affects:
(a) the confidentiality of the proceedings of public authorities, international relations and national defence;
(b) public security;
(c) matters which are or have been ”sub xxxxxx” or under enquiry including disciplinary enquiries, or which are the subject of preliminary proceedings;
(d) commercial and industrial confidentiality as well as intellectual property;
(e) the confidentiality of personal data and/or files;
(f) material supplied by a third party without that party being under a legal obligation to do so;
(g) material, the disclosure of which would make it more likely that the environment to which such material related would be damaged.
(4) A public authority shall respond to a person requesting information as soon as possible. The reasons for a refusal to provide the information requested must be given in writing.
INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. 10.1. Being public research institutions the Institutions are subject to applicable public law regarding administration and access to information in public records e.g. the Danish public law including the Danish Public Administration Act and the Public Records Act. Furthermore, to the extent that the Institutions is legally obligated to publish information on private co- financing of the Institution’s research, the Companies accept that the requested information is published in accordance with relevant legal provisions.
10.2. No Party shall use the name, logo, or trademark of the other Parties, its employees or affiliates in any publicity, advertising, or news release without the prior written approval of said other Parties, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
