Government/Association Leaves. Leaves without pay for an extended period of time for the purpose of holding an association or governmental position or office may be granted upon recommendation of the superintendent and approval by the Committee.

Citizen Volunteer or Community Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for community volunteerism or service.
Government Data Practices Supplier and Sourcewell must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as it applies to all data provided by or provided to Sourcewell under this Contract and as it applies to all data created, collected, received, maintained, or disseminated by the Supplier under this Contract.
