Common use of GOVERNMENT DISABILITY PLANS Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT DISABILITY PLANS. The amount of disability benefit under this plan will be reduced by the amount for which the employee is eligible and receives under the disability benefit provision of the Canada or Quebec Pension Plans, or similar provisions in any other Government Plans for disability for which the employee is receiving an amount of disability benefit under this Plan, except for war disability pensions and W.S.I.B. disability pensions.
