Government Mandated Health Plan. In the event a National and/or State Health Insurance Plan becomes law, this Agreement shall be opened for the sole and exclusive purpose of apportioning the amount of the then-current hourly contribution that is required between National and/or State Health Insurance, the Health and Welfare Funds provided for in this Agreement, and the remainder to wages.
