Government Performance and Results Act. (GPRA) The Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) mandates accountability and performance-based management by Federal agencies. To meet the GPRA requirements, SAMHSA must collect performance data (i.e., “GPRA data”) from grantees. The performance requirements for XXXXXX’s CMHI grant program are described in Section I-2.6 of this document under “Data Collection and Performance Measurement.”
