Government Plan Clause Samples

The Government Plan clause defines the procedures and requirements for using government-supplied plans, drawings, or specifications in a contract. It typically outlines the contractor's obligations to follow these documents, addresses how updates or changes to the plans are communicated, and may specify the process for resolving discrepancies. This clause ensures that all parties are working from the same set of official documents, reducing the risk of errors or misunderstandings during project execution.
Government Plan. Should any of the above services be affected through government intervention, the Board shall provide continued coverage in any government plan.
Government Plan for-service Medicaid, Original Medicare, or any other state or federal health care program that is eligible to receive rebates, discounts, or other forms of price reduction directly or indirectly from Covered Manufacturers. Government Plan does NOT include a Medicare or Medicaid risk program (e.g., Medicare Advantage; a state program).

Government Plan. “Government Plan” shall mean any pension, employment insurance, parental insurance, worker’s compensation, prescription drug or health insurance plan sponsored by the Government of Canada or the government of a province or territory of Canada.
