GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION. AND AUTHORIZATIONS This Agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of those Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over either Party or this Agreement.
GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION promptly, and in any event within 30 days after a Responsible Officer becoming aware thereof, notice of the occurrence of the commencement of any proceeding before any Governmental Authority seeking to subject the Project to the jurisdiction of any Governmental Authority;
GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall be subject to the continuing jurisdiction of the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California and all rules, regulations, orders or decisions of any governmental entity (including a court) having jurisdiction.
GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION. PEI shall be notified in writing of any binding U.S. governmental procurement regulations that will affect this contract. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION. The Consent Agreement and Amendments shall be interpreted, construed, governed and enforced under and pursuant to the laws of the State of California.
