TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION definition

TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION. The territory of area covered by this Agreement shall include "Lake County except by the Northeastern Section lying north of Crown Point and east of Griffith, and all of Newton County" and shall be referred to as "Hammond, Indiana and Vicinity".
TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION means the territorial area of the City of Sault Ste. Marie for which the Sault Female Hockey may operate hockey programs, or such area as designated from time to time by the OWHA.
