GPS; Safety and Security; All Equipment; Effective Dates. All Equipment leased to FXG under this Agreement and listed on Schedule B, as well as any Equipment used on a temporary basis to provide Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, shall be equipped with functioning GPS technology that enables JEE to promptly locate the Equipment in the event it is stolen or otherwise unaccounted for or involved in an emergency situation. JEE agrees to cooperate with and grant FXG, its designee(s), law enforcement officials, and/or first responders access to GPS information for safety and security purposes. With respect to Equipment leased to FXG under this Agreement and listed on Schedule B, the obligations of this Section 10.2 shall become effective when the obligations of Section 10.1(G) become effective. With respect to Equipment used on a temporary basis to provide Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the obligations of this Section 10.2 shall be effective on the Effective Date of this Agreement. SCHEDULE I SAFE OPERATING PRACTICES INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT This Schedule I of the Independent Service Provider Agreement is effective 08/28/2021 and will continue in force through 11/05/2021. On 08/28/2021, this Schedule I will supersede any previously executed Schedule I.
