Graduate Faculty Exchange/Fellowship Programs a) Central European University – AUCA. Within the “Global Learning Fellowship” program administered by Central European University (CEU), a number of PhD students enrolled at CEU will visit AUCA to teach English based courses. Launched in May 2015, the program is sending the first batch of CEU PhD students to AUCA for Spring 2016 semester. The students will be teaching First Year Seminar at AUCA.
