Common use of Graduate Nurse Clause in Contracts

Graduate Nurse. Nurse is defined as a nurse who is a graduate of a program acceptable to the College of Nurses of Ontario and is in the process of being certified by the College of Nurses of Ontario or is completing certification requirements. This certification shall be completed within twenty-four (24) months following date of hire. A graduate nurse shall notify the Employer of the results of the College of Nurses exam(s) she writes.
